If your home has not been professionally cleaned in the past 2 months, or if you feel your house will need “extra TLC” we recommend starting your recurring services with a one-time deep cleaning. Deep cleanings can be selected as an “add-on” when booking. Please note that as these are additional services, they do require a bit of extra time.
We typically recommend a deep cleaning every 3 to 6 months depending on your household’s size and lifestyle. Homes with kids, pets, or heavy foot traffic may benefit from more frequent deep cleans to keep things spotless year-round.
The initial cleaning requires more effort to bring the home to our cleaning standards, which will take considerably more time than the general maintenance cleaning. We're confident you'll enjoy this top to bottom house cleaning which prepares your home for the recurring maintenance cleaning of your choice.
We love pets and are highly pet-friendly! However, for the safety of your animals and our team, we ask that aggressive or highly anxious pets be secured in a crate or a designated room while we work. Please let us know your pet's name and behavior traits when booking.
To get the absolute best value out of your cleaning, we highly recommend picking up loose clothing, toys, important documents, and clutter from floors and countertops. This allows our team to focus 100% of their time on deep cleaning and sanitizing your surfaces rather than organizing objects.
Ever home is different. The amount of time depends on factors such as; size of the home, number of bathrooms, pets, clutter level, condition of home, frequency of cleaning and type of service requested. Some home take a couple of hours will others may take most of the day. When we provide your quote, we will estimate the time needed to complete the cleaning.
RightStart Cleaners uses eco-friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. We also use professional-grade equipment to ensure the best results. Please let us know if you have a preferred cleaning product you like and we will be able to accomodate your request.
For health reasons we will not clean blood, human and animal waste, high reach areas that are 2 step ladders, walls in need of painting and more. Other exclusions include chandeliers, bio-hazard and high reaching exterior windows.
We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept checks, zelle or cash payments. We require a credit card on file for all new clients.
Payment is due after the completion of the cleaning service for standard and deep cleaning. Payment is due 24 hours before service for move-out cleaning.
We maintain constant communication with our customers throughout the entire cleaning process until the job is done.
